New Contributor, Jeff Oftedahl

Jeff Oftedahl

I've always enjoyed photography, but it was here in LA where I first picked up street photography almost two years ago. Coming to the city from the Midwest, I found the city to be very diverse and culturally interesting. I now roam the streets capturing life in public, unposed, in an attempt to capture this place and its people as they are.

New Contributor, Aaron Berger

My name is Aaron Berger, and I've recently started shooting street photography in downtown LA. I am originally from the LA suburbs, but lived abroad in Thailand between ages 19-24. Now going on 25, I'm back in LA and loving street photography. I shoot on film only, candids only, and try to keep my work as spontaneous as possible. I also play blues guitar, soccer, used to make very strange comedy videos on youtube, and used to be a professional poker player. Most importantly, I'm a weirdo.

New Contributor, Leonardo Torres

My name is Leonardo Torres, 31 years old. I was born in Jalisco, Mexico and i came to this country at age 2 to get away from a violent father. I was raised in the city of Compton. My mother and I would make trips to downtown LA all the time and I always dreamt of capturing all aspects of this beautiful city on film both good and the bad. I see it all as good, and love to capture shots that people usually turn their heads to.
